You are eligible to attend if at least two of your members is an RMIT student.

Submission Requirements
What to Enter
Participants must submit the following:
✅ A link to the project (e.g., GitHub, Devpost, or a hosted web app)
✅ A short project pitch (1-2 sentences) summarizing the idea
✅ A detailed project description explaining:
- The problem being solved
- How AI is used
- Key features and impact
✅ Optional: A URL to the code repository for judging and testing
Video Submission
- A video demonstration (3-5 minutes) is required.
- The video must:
- Explain the problem and the AI solution
- Showcase the app’s functionality
- Highlight the AI implementation
- Videos must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook Video and set to public.
File Uploads
- The platform allows one file upload (ZIP format).
- Participants may include installation files, AI model files, datasets, or additional documentation if relevant.
Other Requirements
- Participants must provide:
- A clear project name and description
- Any specific instructions for testing the project
- Details on what tools and AI technologies were used
- Optional: What improvements they would make with more time
Multiple Apps
- Participants may submit only one project per team.
- However, if they work on multiple ideas, they must select only one for final submission.
